TYPES OF SERVICE

PICK-UP: The food is ready for you to pick up at your designated time, hot and ready to serve and set up according to your requests.

DELIVERY: Any food items from our catering menu delivered by a BWG's representative to the specified location, hot and ready to serve, unless instructed otherwise. Minimum Order $1000.

ON-SITE: A team of our professional full service staff prepares the food fresh on site according to the group or individual guest needs. Additional rental fees apply. Minimum order of 50 people.

EXTRA SET UP: This service is specifically tailored to accommodate special requests, such as themed artifacts or specialty equipment. Additional rental fees apply.

SMOKED BBQ CHICKEN
Fresh Chicken marinated in our lip smackin' BBQ sauce for 24 hours, slow smoked to perfection and finished on the grill. (The hickory wood smoking process adds a slightly pink color to our chicken)

BABY BACK RIBS
The tenderest, meatiest little pork ribs, slow-cooked with sweet hickory smoke, then grilled and basted with our special BBQ sauce.

BBQ BEEF RIBS
Tender, big and meaty beef ribs, spice rubbed, slow smoked, and then glazed with our BBQ sauce.

BBQ TRI TIP
Certified Angus Beef tri tip, smoked all day until it melts in your mouth. Served sliced with our savory mop sauce.

GRILLED HOT LINK
A spicy hot link grilled and basted with our homemade BBQ sauce.

HICKORY SMOKED HAM
Ham marinated in Coca Cola and molasses, slow smoked and thinly sliced.
